Getting There

The Proration Calculator can be accessed from the Turbo Escrow menu by selecting => View | Proration Calculator, or by using the Ctrl+Alt+P shortcut in Turbo Escrow.

 

 

Description

The Proration Calculator is used for calculating an amount over a period of days to give you a Pro-Rated Amount.  You have the option of selecting the Beginning Date and Ending Date which will inturn display the days between those selected dates.

 

The proration calculator also gives you the option to copy the pro-rated amount which inturn allows you to paste that amount into a settlement statement.

 

To copy, simply fill out the proration calculator and click on the copy button at the top left of the calculator screen, this will close out the calculator and store your pro-rated amount in memory.  You may then go to your settlement statement and choose the line you wish to paste the info in by right mouse clicking on the line and choosing paste from the drop down menu.
