Overview
Use this screen to add property information to a file. Multiple properties can be added to a file.
New properties can be created or properties from other files can be copied and attached to a file.
Version 5.1 & Later Note
Prior to version 5.1 PropertyID's had to be unique in Turbo Title. Starting with version 5.1 PropertyID's need only be unique to a file.
Version 5.1 also adds new fields: Include Address, Include Legal Description, Legal Description.
These new fields can be used to create more flexible legal description documents.

Use to create new properties for the file |
Copy Property |
Use to copy properties from anothe file. Can also be used to duplicate properties within a file |
Copy Buyer Address |
Use to copy the buyers address information to current the property |
Copy Seller Address |
Use to copy the sellers address information to current the property |
Property Search |
Use to view properties on other files. If a desired property is located it may be added to the file. Similar to 'copy property' but with more features. |
