Getting There

To get to the disbursement worksheet first select your file in the order grid and press the turbo escrow button, the HUD 1 entry window will open. From there click the button with the green dollar sign that says "disburse," this will open the check entry window. And finally, click the button with the calculator picture that says "Worksheet," or press Alt + W.

 

 

Description

The disbursement worksheet aggregates the information from the HUD data and allows you to change values and assign who each check is going to. when you are done making any changes that you need to, press "Save Checks" and you data will be sent to the check entry window where you can print reports and your checks.

Clicking:

Will Result in:

Print

Printing of a Disbursement Worksheet Summary report.

 

Save Checks

The closing of the Disbursement Worksheet and the transfer of all the checks you have selected to the check entry window.

 

Select All

The Selection of all of the check types in the checks to be created field.

 

Unselect All

Clearing of any selections that have been made in the checks to be created field.

 

Refresh

Deletion of any changes that have been made on the worksheet and reloading the worksheet  from the HUD data.

 

Exit

Closing of the Disbursement Worksheet,  changes you have made will be kept but no data will be sent to the check entry window for printing.

 

                                         

Check Stub Detail:

You can change any of the information in the fields found in the "Check Stub Detail" section by clicking once to select, waiting a second and then clicking again. You can also achieve the same thing through three rapid clicks done like you would a "double-click." Note that changing the information in the "No" column will reassign the attached information (description and amount) to the party associated with that number. In the diagram below you'll see in the row highlighted in red, that the number has been changed to 99. This number tells the software to assign that information as "withheld by lender." If you are happy with your changes, select the ones you want sent to the check entry window. You can "select all" or you can individually place checks in the save column under "checks to be created." Click "save checks" and your information will be sent to the check entry window.
